Banks must follow strict regulations and compliance requirements, which sometimes limit what they can do. This doesn’t mean they are unwilling to help—it’s simply a matter of compliance.

Jesica Stefanski Staff is always friendly, always helpful and knowledgeable. They really do put people first. Ive used bigger banks like Chase and BMO Harris, and they were always shady with fees and posting deposits after debits. People First never does that. They make the rules clear and stick to them fairly. I love banking with them and trust them. Great people.
