2 /5 Toni White: To reorder checks on the FAQ page it says to go to services, then choose the option: reorder checks. Mine does not have that option!!! Also, I am disappointed with the closure of the Branch on West street, highway 26. Now I have to go over to the west side of town to do in person banking. Not sure why they did this its very inconvenient not only to me but Ive heard others complain about it. When you need to call bank, I never get a live person, either you sit on hold forever or you request a call back, maybe that day or sometimes not at all. I miss being able to speak with someone at Freeport location and not from corporate location out of Iowa or wherever they are located. If it wasnt a hassle to transfer direct deposit to another bank i would have done so by now! Most of the ladies that work in the Freeport location are great, but dealing corporate is making it very hard to stay with them!
