I live in MN, and hes in Illinois, and the distance hasnt created a single issue. Theyre always quick to answer questions or add a vehicle to my policy when I reach out to them. They always go above and beyond for their customers and help you out even though they could have said no. Super amazing and wonderful. Yes, there can be some employees that aren’t but those are rare here. Thank you guys again for your kind act and support with my account stuff! :-)

Alexis Stutes I had a very good experience here today! (05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!
