I was banking at a different place & wasnt happy with a few things and thought why am I here? So I went in recently to open an account & was helped by the nicest young lady. I was surprised by how quick & easy it was. Not only was I in & out quickly shortly afterwards I received a hand written "Thank you" card in the mail, hand written! To me that was the icing on the cake, I highly recommend banking here with people who treat you like they would want to be treated. To me great customer service makes the difference between an "ok" or a great place to bank. Thank you, Prairie State Bank & Trust for being so nice and kind.

Christine Miller I was referred to Dan right before my first child was born. I had never thought about life insurance until then. After our first meeting, Dan presented me with a free financial analysis of what my family would need in the future. And he presented me with several options to meet that need should an emergency arise. He was kind, patient and informative. He took every call from me and called for every birthday of my children. Dan has seen me through hardships and the polices he put into place so many years ago have helped me tremendously. I would encourage anyone to give Dan a call and work with a professional who truly cares about his clients.

Julie Sullivan We were recommended to Duriah Delps State Farm office by a family member 5 years ago. Their outstanding customer service, knowledge of their policies and best price won our business. We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday. The entire process, from the first phone call through the entire claim process was handled in a very professional caring manner and helped to alleviate the stress of this incident. We remain loyal customers and will continue to recommend Duriah Delp & his team!
