1 /5 Aaron Parfait: Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. I needed a money order and the gentleman at the small desk at front with a beard was absolutely rude and his level of customer service is a 0. I asked to buy a money order willing to pay and not being from tuscola was told I’m sorry go to your bank. I am hr away from the closest bank and when asked where could I get a money order he says IDK. Must say this is sad to the point this little bank treats people this way. Talking about being an outsider. I personally am glad to have Chase bank and now I see why
Tracy Batdorj My 87 yr old father made a mistake. He along with millions of elderly have very little money. So he was looking for cheaper healthcare and thought he found something better than Spindler Financial Services. When he realized that he had been scammed he went back to Spindler Financial Services. And I personally spoke with Mr Spindler and he seemed irritated that my father had done this and that he had to help him get his insurance coverage back. He did help and his old policy was put back in place. I just wished Mr Spindler would have been more understanding. Our elderly have it rough.
