Kathee secor I recently sufferred a serious accident. My car was totaled. Everyone I worked with from Tim to corporate were so kind, encouraging and interested in me as a person. I reported the accident through corporate office as it occurred on a Sunday. Tim called the very next day to check on me. His office staff is very supportive. Its the reason I have stayed with AMFAM since the 70s and well worth the cost of insurance.

Susan Heaton Since I was not able to discuss my claims with my agent Tyler Hansen. I was referred to Dan Kniss which was not available has not call me back. Referred me to Country Financial Bloomington HQ. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls without receiving any callbacks. When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions by email instead. He did not answer my questions. This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.

brittny92 Working with Todd was super easy and fast! He was very easy to talk to, was thorough in explaining the plan (we had to get Wedding insurance), and was super friendly! He got back to us in a timely manner when we reached out to him, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend him and his business for any event insurance you need, and we will definitely use it again if needed in the future!
