Karen Faulkner We called Randy to schedule an appointment to meet with him. He was able to meet with us immediately. During our meeting we discussed our insurance needs. He wasnt able to give us the necessary information at that time. However, we set up an appointment to meet with him on the next business day. At that time, he was able to provide us with the requested information. We felt that Randy had our best interest in mind.

Brandon Do not use citizens bank they are awful! I had to have shoulder surgery and why I was off. My daughter was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in this time period. We applied for the hardship assistance and filled out what was asked. Then they waited a week to mail us a letter saying they needed more and asked for things we already sent. So we called verified what they needed and sent it. Then they waited a week and sent another letter saying it took too long and they dropped our hardship case. They will play with you in a time of need instead of helping you out like they say they will.
