5 /5 Cari Vath: I have banked with Old Second in Ottawa, Illinois for close to 10 years and have NEVER been unhappy. In fact, the experiences with my bank family have been the exact opposite! Helpful, kind, considerate, expedient and excellent are just a few adjectives I would use to describe this amazing group of people. Marji, Misty, Erin, Jill, Hailey and Ashley are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers and I would never be able to thank them enough!!!

5 /5 Worm: Marji is amazing every time I come in and see a banker she is always able to get what I need. The fraud department is on point stopped any transaction before it could even be taken from the account. I hope everyone has a great experience with the bank as I do.

1 /5 Julie Bobee: I closed my account after 27 years banking with old second on Friday. With the exception of Marcy the personal bankers in Ottawa are so rude and never helpful. They always have an attitude. Especially the woman whose desk is on the end. If I go in, rude, if I call , RUDE. The tellers have attitudes. I sadly closed my account but found a bank where people enjoy their jobs.

5 /5 Dave Joyce: I have been Banking here for years! Pleasant, friendly staff,always a great experience going in lobby or drive up window.. Ive worked on office equipment in every bank in town.. this is the bank I trust and like to handle my money!! The kindness and patience of the drive through staff is amazing! Both Margie and Erin have also been fantastic to deal with! Great experience every time!!
