Matt Creed Just got moved from First Midwest to here. Saturday wait times are in excess of 1 hour, just to make a deposit. Lines are ridiculous. They only ever have 3-4 people helping customers. They need to get more help inside the north Danville location. Online banking is a mess. I have been on the phone for over 2hrs now to check on a charge to my account that is not ours. Do not recommend.

Margaret Barnard This is the most generous Bank ever! They let us use their large very nice meeting room upstairs for our church to meet in free for a while when we didnt have a building. Also the people who work there are courteous and helpful with your banking business.

Cheyenne Dewitt Dawn was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and kind while walking me through the process. It was a judgement free zone and that’s hard to come by. I recommend coming here if you need any help!

William Kuipers This insurance company has been unbelievably fantastic with helping me to get my claim processed from my father’s passing. Everyone involved has been more than wonderful. Ashleigh Hamilton I googled Steves office to give him a call this morning and noticed he only had four stars. I looked at the previous comment that did not rate them well and I couldnt disagree more with that rating. The office staff are some of the nicest people you could get. They answer quickly and promptly respond to any questions I have. Our family has been with Steves office for well over 10 years and could not be happier. Thank you all!
