Kathleen Kruse Everyone in the Freeport branches are always polite and very helpful. I appreciate their good customer service. I like to see familiar faces running good local businesses. The one negative experience I had at the Rockford branch was righted by those in Freeport. I felt valued as a customer again with their resolution.
Loni Williams Poor business practices. Gives generic leads with recommended guidelines for leads, but when setting appointments does not consider all possible scheduled leads. They do not allow follow ups for cancellations due to health issues. They think its a waste of company time. If an appointment is scheduled customers deserve a call for cancellation. Money driven to take advantage of public instead of helping those in need. Uses health insurance as a way to access and get information of alternate savings for other ulterior motives.

(05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!
Matt Oliver Seth has been great and always calls when gets some great insight on a stock. He’s got my accounts up a lot in 3 years and still growing. He’s very professional and great at golf as well!
