Joni Vee I used Benke for commercial insurance since I purchased a building in Decatur in 2003. At first they were fine, but over time, the insurance just renewed & they provided no quote comparisons or assistance. Finally, they were acquired by AJ Gallagher & my agent Ted Miller stopped returning phone calls entirely. My premium has jumped 50% in 8 years, 25% from 2012 to 2013 alone. I have found many more eager & willing agents who have quote much lower prices & taken my business elsewhere.

Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers. I recently switched from a nearly 25 year relationship with another local agency because the rates were so much more reasonable here. Edward Green Andrew Calloway is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve worked with him in the past and I was really impressed! I posted on Facebook that I was considering Root insurance and I had just completed my 3 week test drive and they quoted me $199 for full coverage on 3 vehicles. Andrew saw my post and commented he could beat there price. To be honest I didn’t believe him but Andrew not only offered me full coverage on 3 vehicles he added renters insurance also and I ONLY PAY $185 per month!!!!
