I asked around and discovered that the people who banked at PNB seemed to have almost zero complaints. The issues I did hear about were few, small, and had been easily resolved. Peoples provides the friendly and personal level of service you receive from a small local bank, while also offering the financial products, resources and solutions available from large banks. (Check out their CD rates!). The staff is intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Go in and speak with Nena Rightnowar or Monica Wielt about your options at PNB. I promise you will be impressed with both them, and with what PNB has to offer. Thirteen years with no real problems is an excellent example of the customer service they provide!

Steve Burnett I recently switched my insurance to Farmers Insurance-Bruce McCarthy. Changing insurance companies is not a pleasant task, but Bruce made the whole process so easy. He does all the hard work. Plus I am paying way less than I was before. Bruce is very personable and knowledgeable. You will think you have been friends for years. And his new office in Murphysboro is very nice. If you are looking for insurance, stop in and talk with Bruce and his team.
