Joe We found a car in the metro area that we wanted to look at and purchase. We were on our way to Granite City and decided to make sure we would be able to come home with the car if we liked it due to no time to make another trip, Delise Thompson was the loan officer we worked with on a Saturday. She knew we were on a time crunch because the bank closes at 1pm and she made sure to work with us and the dealership to get the car secured. That meant she was working up to closing to make sure the dealership got paid and we could leave with the car. This purchase was very last minute and would not have happened as smoothly as it did if she wasn’t dedicated to making customers happy. She went above and beyond and dedicated herself from start to finish. We have several accounts and loans with SIU CU and we are very pleased and will never go anywhere else

A. Sch. The nicest people work here. Its easy to speak to a real person and get questions answered. I dont live there anymore but I keep my account just because of the manager and staff.
