5 /5 Nico Ruiz: I have been doing my banking with IVCU since I was 18 years old. Even when the confusion came up from sharing my dads name and almost not getting an account, they cleared it up fast and let me open a checking and savings account. They have provided me many personal loans which have built my credit up, and when I had conflicting information on my report when I had applied for a personal loan they had informed me what was on it and I was able to dispute it as it was supposed to be reported under my dad, not myself. The auto loan I got with IVCU was at a great rate, making payments was easy, and even when it came to the unfortunate situation of my vehicle being a total loss, they processed everything in a timely manner and I had no issues with IVCU. The only thing I wish they offered was more options for Mortgages and kick backs on the credit cards. Other than that the staff at this branch (and the Peru, IL branch) are all extremely pleasant and helpful and I couldnt be happier to bank with IVCU. I moved 45 minutes away and still have used them as my primary credit union/bank and dont plan on changing any time soon.
