Lisa Andrews It is always such a pleasure to visit this lovely and quaint jewelry store whenever I fly in from Los Angeles. Their customer service is impeccable. For example I had a ring that needed sizing and the owner rushed out to inquire what I needed but it was unfortunate she could not size it as she indicated that she was a month out in repairs. That’s indeed saying something as clearly she is in demand. Despite this she offered a temporary solution and placed a ring guard to keep it in place. I also appreciated the intentional conversation we had with the sales rep who was delightful as well. I ended up buying a beautiful set of silver bracelets that are fun “arm candy” There are a few other pieces I have my eye on and hope to pop back by before I return to LA. Straiths is a great option for high quality jewelry at a magnificent price point. Dr. L

Valerie Raedy I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mineralogy. Mineralogy designed my wedding ring to match the family-heirloom sapphire engagement ring that has been passed down in my family for generations. It was such a wonderful experience working with them and then to watch the creative process unfold and see the incredible result. My wedding ring is unique and stunning--I get compliments all the time. The wedding ring that Mineralogy designed matched perfectly with the old style of my heirloom ring while still being a modern take and bringing out my own style and preferences. It was just so beautifully done. I cannot recommend Mineralogy enough.

Jenny Leo Absolutely LOVE this jewelry store! The customer service is phenomenal! The lady whom I see when I go in to browse or give hints to my husband for purchases for anniversaries, mothers day, and birthdays is always so kind and informational. One day we talked about almost every trinket box like the two my husband has purchased for me and the beautiful one of a kind Jades that are all different that come from Guatemala. The owner goes to Guatemala and buys from locals who also make the beautiful colorful bags they put your jewelry in. The music is uplifting in the store and the atmosphere is inviting! If you are downtown and looking to browse or looking for that right piece of jewelry or trinket for someone special I would recommend stopping in at Harringtons! I promise you wont be disappointed! Michelle I can not recommend Joanna at The Babe Bodega enough!! She was absolutely amazing and made my bridal shower so so special! The girls all loved their permanent jewelry take away gift and have been talking about them for days!! Joanna was prompt with communication and treated all the guests with kindness and understanding! She made sure everyone was happy with their jewelry and honeslty was just a gem of a human to work with! There were lots of options to choose from and the setup was gorgeous! She was even sweet enough to leave a little gift afterwards and I cant thank her enough for how amazing she made the day! She will be my go to for any and all special girls events in the future!

Jenna Salemie Al is the absolute best and we can’t say enough great things about him. Not only is he kind and fair, he is very talented and knowledgeable. My fiancé gave Al an inspiration photo of the ring I wanted, and had my ring custom made. Within three weeks of ordering the ring, it was finished! It is even better than the inspiration photo. I absolutely am in love with how it turned out. Al even placed two more prongs on the ends of the diamond setting after we realized it was a little sharp, and got that done the same day. I am highly impressed with him & his work! I have the more beautiful and unique ring I have ever seen and I couldn’t be happier. ❤️

Daniella Espino Walked in on a whim at 5pm to buy myself a birthday present and luckily they are open late. I went in looking for something specific but my associate, Julia, helped me find something that I didn’t even know existed. I ended up going over budget for what I wanted because I loved the piece so much and Julia made the process so great. Mel in the repair shop adjusted my necklace in 20 minutes and I was able to wear it out. Great prices, great pieces - will definitely go back!

Alicia LP The staff and management of Matthew Erickson Jewelers are like no other jewelers Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only do they have beautiful traditional and unique jewelry for any occasion (including treating yourself), but they also do high quality repairs. Ive bought at other jewelers before but Ive never been so educated on the quality, care and upkeep of pieces. I highly recommend!
