Ive been to other banks and never really got the hometown, they really care about you feel. FNBA really has that feel.

Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.

Kelsie Colbrook Chase and Grace are both so easy to work with. He responds quickly to email and calls and she is always there ready to answer any questions when he isnt available! Petersburg is lucky to have such a caring and reputable company right here in town. We are going to recommend everyone to go have a chat with him. If you’re thinking of switching insurance companies go and talk with him and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
