We have been with Greg and County Financial for a few years and we are completely satisfied. We know that if we need to add a vehicle to our policy we make 1ļøāƒ£ phone call and its done and done correctly. We are very please with our premiums on Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies!! Regions Bank - Robinson

Joe L My brother and I opened an estate account for our Dad after he passed away 2 months ago. He banked at Casey State Bank (see my reviews for the Marshall and Robinson Branches for more details.) After continued issues with Casey State Bank I told my brother that I wanted to close the Casey Bank account and open it at Regions Bank. I have banked with Regions for 20+ years and have always been very pleased with the service, not just in Robinson, but at various other branches in Indiana. I called Regions in Robinson before closing the Casey Bank account, and I spoke with Trent (I think I have his name right). I told him what I wanted to do, and wanted to make sure that I was remembering everything I needed to bring. He told me what I needed and for my brother and I to come in and we could get everything taken care of. I told him that my brother lived in a different state. He asked me what state, and I told him. He said that in that state there would be several branches very near him, regardless of where he lived in the state. He stated we could do my end of the paperwork in Robinson, then find out which branch my brother wanted to go to, and he would send the paperwork to them, and they could take care of his end of things. After closing the Casey account I went into Regions and asked for Trent. Trent was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I told him the branch my brother wanted to go to. He told me that he would send it to a specific person at that branch and tell my brother to ask for him. The entire process was a breeze on my end. At the time of writing this my brother has not yet had the chance to go to the bank near him. I already have access to the account, this is just so that he can have access to the account as well since we are co-executors of Dads estate. I got a message today stating the checks were shipped yesterday.
