1 /5 Chad Burns: Absolutely horrible. I walked in and it was standing room only, very hot with all the people in there. And the wait time was up to 4 hours! But the worst part was the way the employees were treating people! Like they were sub human because they needed assistance.

1 /5 Shawn G: Absolute tyrants of society and this place needs defunded and shut down rebuilt with Godly non democratic professionals.This place has become a toilet like all government agencies under control of any money or justice.This place is a disaster and will remain a disaster hiring ignorant people like you do.Not constitutional at all with lies and ignorance sprinkled on top.This is your tyrant Illinois DHS office and it’s absolutely compromised.

1 /5 Meagan McFadden: Such disgruntled employees. They dont have any organization and will tell you one thing and do another. Go elsewhere if you can. No compassion for the disabled. Yet theyll help those who arent. Such a joke. Be prepared for long waits to only deal with attitude.. then theyll "lose" your paperwork and case files.

5 /5 Sophie Charon: Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (except state holidays). Very knowledgeable people working the desk. Soothing upbeat atmosphere for those going through difficult financial situations and in need of their services.
