1 /5 Katrina: Worst customer service. If you want a snippy attitude, no professionalism and not to get things done in a timely manner, this is the bank for you.
Months later and service has only gotten worse!
I tried to deposit a cashiers check and it was refused due to "looking questionable". I was asked to leave the signed check at the bank so they could verify it. Ummm....no! Take a picture and call the bank it came from to verify, but you dont get to keep the signed check. I asked for the amount of money because I had thousands more than the check in the account and I was buying a used car the next day from someone who required cash payment. I was refused the money that was in my account. Im certain that is illegal. Even with the withdrawal there would have been plenty of money remaining in the account. There were no pending checks. It is my money.
My debit card to replace an expired one was apparently lost in the mail. I called and asked that a new one be mailed and was told I had to come in and sign a form. So, they mailed the original and I didnt receive it, but I have to leave work to come sign a paper to get another. I havent moved, verified all info on the account and they refused to mail a replacement even though I was told by the banker that many were lost in the mail and that is probably what happened.
The lack of customer service and refusal to let me withdrawal money that is in my account is unbelievable!
I cant wait to get all of my bills and deposits switched so I never have to do business with Legence again!!!
