5 /5 Valerie: Nurse Practitioner Marissa Frost is an amazing Nurse Practitioner. I call her Dr Frost because She basically is.She does everything my past Drs did, but she is more caring, and has great "bedside manners". She doesnt make you feel embarrassed when you have to talk about personal health problems. Anyone can learn whats in a book, but being a good Dr. Requires empathy, attention, thinking ahead, what prescription are covered by their patients insurance, sometimes trying different things, just so much , and shes never in a bad mood. If she was, youd never know it, because evidently she doesnt take her private feelings out on her patients. Shes very professional but yet very friendly. Shes very thorough, and she listens to what you are comfortable with. She has to make a lot of health decisions on a daily basis, and so far everything shes ever prescribed for me has given me a speedy cure, and I am very grateful to have Marissa Frost as my Nurse Practitioner, and if she wants to be a Dr. she will be, and a great one, at that.

5 /5 Bielski & Company: Absolutely amazing experience. Went to the ER with crippling chest and back pain. I thought I was dying. It was like my own family were all skilled ER staff and took care of me beyond anything I have ever experienced. From nurses to registrar to doctor to techs… literally it was kindness and love and total knowledge and professionalism. Can’t rate this hospital highly enough.

1 /5 Ed Shaffer: KSB was bought out by OSF last year, its been a huge mess since then! My doctor left, their provider websites lists doctors that are no longer there and when you call the doctor referral number to find a new doctor no one calls back! In addition, when I did get to talk to someone, to try to get an appointment with a doctor listed on their website they just abruptly said "we dont have a doctor by that name" and hung up! A huge F minus for this healthcare company.

1 /5 Kristin OBrien: ER--Absolutely terrible care. Thank goodness we did not need more advanced care. We were not even able to get our prescription called in after multiple attempts- had to get from another physician. Very rude when we were trying to request, due to their incompetence.

1 /5 Marissa Mickley: I am completely disgusted with this hospital the name change literally does you guys know justice!!!! I already had a Deal with unprofessionalism when my dad was just in the hospital about two months ago and I’ve already called and reported that!!!! It is 10:09 PM 4-8-2025 First and foremost, working in your guys’s profession, those nurses need to wake up. Call to know what their job really is.!!!! My four-year-old is in your emergency room with my mother and two other children right now I should Have my mother and the two other kids telling me that the nurse was gagging my daughter by shoving the thermometer down my four-year-old’s throat and annoyed because my daughter was crying!!!!! You know it’s sad that I can’t even come to the closest hospital to get my family help!!!! Because all the staff that I run into in the emergency area, clearly don’t know how to do their job correctly. Don’t know what hospitality means and clearly don’t understand that nurses are supposed to make us feel safe and take care of us. Yeah, the job is not always fun But no patient should feel like a burden in that hospital!!!! I will be calling and reporting this tomorrow to somebody higher since the staff that I talk to was so rude and Maddie that I spoke to in the emergency area since she refused to send me to registration before my mother got there and I had to go getting past other phone calls in order for somebody finally to send me to the registration and instead of telling me and I don’t know answer… The treatment that my daughter received before the second nurse went in the room was definitely unacceptable. When my mother slapped the nurse’s hand from my daughter‘s face. I should’ve had my mother call the police.!!!
