Kenney Insurance - Dixon (IL)

1 /5 Kristi Kinmon: Absolute worst service I have ever had. If I could i would give them zero stars I would. I have been a customer with Kenney Insurance for 13 years, I called to switch my insurance to a new vehicle, after the 10th call Ive decided to go elsewhere. If looking for an insurance company I suggest you look somewhere else.

1 /5 S Robertson: If they started selling insurance across the street at the gas station, I would recommend trying there before Kenneys: Kenney gave me a$9000 home insurance quote, ghosted me, ignored all my calls until policy expired since they were “working on it” they said. Jokes on them: $3200 fully covered So if you don’t have an extra $6000 a year for a$10,000 deductible policy, shop around. Insurance is no longer local__so shopping around even 50 miles saved me thousands. From other reviews and talking to people, we seem to have had similar experiences
