T Wright I was looking to open an account at this location. I asked a simple question as to the process of cashing a check/opening account. I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.

Noble Harrison Over the years in my CPA practice I have worked with various bank trust departments and other institutions offering financial and management services. In offering my opinion I know first hand how good, and how poor, the services can be. I am very happy with how TI-Trust has handled my 2 trusts. Crayon Terry Elmore helped me find a suitable Medigap plan, he was helpful, kind, and my new insurance was valid within days. I didnt have to do a thing outside of our appointment. Good experience.

Chris Springer Dealing with finances can be difficult. Dave makes the process easy to understand. He provides excellent customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. He’s a family man and treats his clients as such. I trust Dave one thousand percent and appreciate his honesty and integrity.

C Marks Representative was very helpful in explaining changes to my policy. She was polite and very professional.
