Mario Figueroa Rosa from the Joliet location was excellent from the first time I’ve gotten my insurance till now. She is phenomenal, Rosa is very professional and let’s you know what’s going on with your insurance. I highly recommend her if anyone need coverage

Henry Schmitt Amanda is a very kind person. I felt like a special guest when I had my appointment with her. It was obvious she wanted to give me her full attention. I can honestly say that Amanda cares about my well being. I say this because she wanted to know my financial goals, was genuinely interested in the why, and sought input from other financial professionals for my situation in order to give me the best advice possible. Amanda quoted me on different kinds of insurance, but I felt under no obligation to purchase such plans. She went above and beyond my expectations. My money is in good hands. I highly recommend Amanda Galloway for those seeking to have their finances managed in a responsible manner.

Lisa Smith An unprofessional office. They will miss inform you and withhold from correcting their mistake. It will cost you money! they function on “hear say” without knowing the facts. Be careful as gossip may generate from this office - such a “small town” mentality. Think twice before doing business with them.

Ashley Garlick Jessica and team has been amazing to work with the last several years. They go above and beyond when I contact them with any question/issue. When we had property damage from a storm, Nancy came out herself, to take pictures even when an adjuster was scheduled. I appreciate their multiple years of great customer service!
