Joy Wellman We have been dealing with a previous State Farm office on a claim dated 5-24-24 and have made numerous calls, visits, etc to try and get it finalized. Our contractor was also involved as well as he needed to be paid. Our account was switched to a different State Farm office and thanks to Jordan and his office staff the claim was finally resolved and a successful payment was received almost one year later. Samantha went above and beyond, answering all questions promptly and helped with a great rate for two vehicles, one of which is a 2025, to the point where I am paying almost the same rate as I did for one 2010 vehicle with another agent in town. The process was seamless and to the point, I have better coverage at a great price for two vehicles. Would recommend 11/10.
