1 /5 Maureen Theroux: If I could give ZERO stars , I would!!!
I have had my rates raised 5 times in the last 5 years!! NO ACCIDENTS, NO TICKETS OR ANYTHING ELSE ON MY RECORD!
I needed SR22 and was paying $65 a month for 2 years, SR22 gone but rates went up anyway next year was paying $75 a month, last year was paying $105, when I renewed my insurance in MAY 2025: was told my new premium would be $135 a month!!!!!
SERIOUSLY!?!?!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
Their customer service is so bad and I’m tired of rude people who either can’t or don’t speak English well enough to do their job!
One person even went so far as to speak Spanish with someone else in their office without even knowing that I understood what she said!!!!
I am so disappointed in this company BUT AM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND A BETTER COMPANY!!
It took 4 phone conversations YESTERDAY TO TRY TO GET MY POLICY WITH INSURE ON THE SPOT CANCELLED!!!!!
I have never been treated so cavalierly and rudely by another company!
The only person worth Ă damn in that company is ESPERANZITA MUNOZ!!!
Who even though we had been disconnected on the phone sent me an email stating that I needed to write a letter stating that I was canceling my policy and I had to sign it and take a picture of it and sent it to her!
Again, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
NOW IM WAITING FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAVE INDEED CANCELLED MY FORMER POLICY!!
I recently switched from INSURE IN THE SPOT AND NOW I AM PAYING LESS THAN $100 a month and have renters insurance as well!!!
My opinion is just that, My Opinion!
I can only hope that other people are being treated better than I was.
