1 /5 Kelly Rand: Wish I could give zero stars.
If you want someone’s help picking out a policy during the sales process, he and his team can help. If you have an auto claim that is anything other than a total loss, this team is useless. They will read you your policy back to you. They won’t advocate for you with Bloomington, make a call themselves, connect with your claim manager, or influence any outcomes. In fact, they come across as surprised you want their help. I was left to do that for myself until I felt I had a favorable outcome.
I’m sure Larry will write back to this with a statement making you wonder if I’m the person that mis-stepped here. Larry would have left me to accept any estimate from State Farm. In the end, after hours of my own work and persistent calls to Bloomington, my car was deemed a total loss. I’m not sure he even has enough facts to know what happened in my case to comment.
** update after Larry’s response. We did talk to you a couple times. We were asking for your help in advocating for our claim and understanding the process which you couldn’t help with. I did talk to Chelsea this week after you returned my call from your vacation. You must not have gotten the message. We decided to just change agents instead. The new office in Batavia is great.
