I recently called to get clarification on some policy details, and Misty was so kind and helpful. Her calm and caring demeanor really helped ease my frustration. She went the extra mile by personally contacting my adjuster to clear up some confusion, which I truly appreciated. Its reassuring to know that I have a team like this supporting me. Johnny McKinney After being t-boned by an elderly man who was insured by State Farm I have been hurting like hell for nearly two months now. I was forced out of the rental after only a week without any payment to replace my vehicle which is inoperable and totalled. The think a custom built truck is worth only $3,000 and apparently being injured is worth the same. Meanwhile they fixed the old mans car and I know because he nearly hit me yet again while I had to use an Uber to go to the doctor. This is by far the worst company for any insurance on the market. They definitely need a phrase change "like a good neighbor, were here to screw your life up". As a disabled veteran I can not just afford to go and buy another vehicle as Ive built this over the last six years. I have nearly $20,000 into it and now because of an idiot who by the way was at fault in an at fault state they act like Im the one who caused it and I should not have reasonable compensation. So because my vehicle was paid for outright and owed nothing to anyone for it I should take what the first Kia cars were sold for? Get real! This is exactly why insurance companies need to be regulated and penalized more strictly. If you have State Farm, I would highly suggest switching. I had them up until three years ago when after a hit and run I was screwed by them. I had paid too much for too little insurance. I even switched and was instantly paying over 60% less and had better coverages. So thanks State Farm for screwing this Disabled Veteran yet again!

He is always very personable. and easily reachable with any questions or concerns.

C Loion My co worker referred us to Roberts Insurance to have my current insurance policies reviewed since they went through the roof. She said theyd make sure we werent over insured or uninsured insured. At first we were really hesitant to change agents because we had been with our other agent for over 20 years. I ended up calling and setting up an appointment. We ended up meeting with Heather, went over my concerns with her as well as my complaining about everything under the sun. She was very patient with me and listened, she made me feel at ease, not stupid and as if she truly understood my concerns and wanted to help. We went over everything, she addressed my concerns and she asked a lot of of questions, but it ended up being for our benefit for coverage and discounts. She was able to cut our premium and increased our coverages. After we got our policy we went back in and she went over it and explained to us the layout of our policy something our other agents didnt do. The 2 girls at the front are amazing too. I had to change my bank information and they made it a breeze for me and took care of it for me. So far overall its been a good experience.
