Divorce legal issues can be very stressful, and she is terrific at giving sound advice, explaining options and helping determine the best way forward. She doesnt always tell you what you want to hear, but she will always tell you what you need to know, which is extremely important as she is able to set realistic expectations. Ive learned to really respect this about her. She is an expert in her field who you can trust will have your best interests at heart. She presents herself very professionally not only to me, but to other lawyers and people involved, which is always very important to me. She is very confident and a great negotiator and has the instinct to know when to use those skills or when its time to fight, and when she does, she is definitely someone you would want on your side of the problem. She also factors cost into the options she provides and is very responsible and fair with billing and provides complete transparency into what her and her firms services will cost relative to what outcome you are looking for. You will be charged fairly and accurately by Whitney, always. Id also like to mention the entire Henderson & Mehta staff and how great they are to work with. They are all responsive, always are available and terrific at doing their jobs. It takes a team to be successful and the team at Henderson & Mehta are top notch. If you are needing services regarding a divorce I would without hesitation recommend consulting with Whitney. Divorce is very stressful and Im grateful to have had Whitey at my side.

5 /5 IKE: Courtney Mehta & her staff has helped me on a couple of occasions in regard to custody, child support, college contribution and mediation matters. Each time I have found her and her staff to be extremely helpful. They listened and were able to answer all of my questions and have gotten back to me when I emailed them during off hours the following day. They have made the process easy to understand and as easy as it can be for these types of situations. I hope that I do not have further need of their representation, however, should I, I will most certainly reach out to Courtney, if need be, without a doubt.
