Valhalla Awaits This man is a horrible human and a worse attorney. He gave me a timeline of two or three months for a probate case that has now lasted over two years. He has ignored any attempts Ive made to contact him for almost a year and refuses to respond to my requests for information. I wouldnt use his representation again if he paid me. He has lied repeatedly, refuses to inform me on information pertaining to my case, and has actually had people that have filed claims on the estate involved in the probate process. Dekalb county should be ashamed of this mans actions. I wish I could give him zero stars.

Ann Webb I can hardly believe that Attorney Rogers was given a one-star rating! Gail is a dream of a family law attorney! We spent several thousand dollars and wasted substantial time with other ineffective attorneys before finding Gail. Our first meeting with her was low pressure and highly impressive. In only a few months’ time Gail has made significant progress in our case and has been both communicative and committed. Gail is thoroughly professional yet very personable. The most significant point is that she KNOWS the law(s) and she will do her very best to help her clients navigate through such a challenging system. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of her and how reassured we are by having her on our side. Please don’t hesitate to meet with her, at the very least, and let her help you through what can be a stressful and expensive situation.

My divorce was a mutual agreement between my ex husband and myself so Bill represented both of us and talked us through everything we needed to know to make our divorce smooth. Bill also represents me every year with guardianship for my disabled son. His office staff lets me know well ahead of time when yearly paperwork needs filed. Couldnt ask for anyone more helpful and understanding than Bill and his office worker.

Jonathan DAndrea Bennys a Badass, and Im gonna be real. I didnt care for him and thought he was robbing me. He has a Bad attitude, but come on, there arent any Defense Attorneys in the area, of course. That Guy has probably been through more than I imagine. My Jury Trial, I like, wasnt even there until he Got up and Did what he said he would do, and he Did. He got my Life back for me. Everyone has their opinions, but Seriously, If you want to take a Chance with an attorney who doesnt want to come to this area as it is, take A chance.
