Rebecca Phillips My husband and I retained Mr. Ryan Connor of Burnside, Johnston, Connor & Jensen to represent my husband in a criminal defense matter. The litigation process can be draining at times but Mr. Connor was always willing to answer questions and provide a legitimate explanation for his answers. We did not expect this case to go to trial, but my husband was not willing to plead it down to a lesser charge because he was innocent of the charges brought against him. Joseph Chmykhalov This was by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing with an attorney. Initially everything was going well, as the case progressed everything started going wrong. I was usable to get a hold of Amanda, every time i called the office i was told she was busy and asked to leave a message. I would get an email response a week late. After waiting 3+ months of my time and delaying the case i got an email for the court that she was requested to remove herself form the case with no explanation. Never received an final invoice and all attempts to contact her were ignored.
