2 /5 Muse Naadia: I worked with Deanna for a while and while she was helpful at times, the overall experience was frustrating and inconsistent. Communication was often abrupt or unprofessional, and I constantly felt like I was being cut off or rushed through conversations instead of being supported. If you’re truly in a tight spot and have very limited resources, she might be able to help with the basics. But if you’re looking for high-level guidance, reliable service, or any sort of structure and follow-through — I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Her firm does the bare minimum, and if you have a growing business or need full financial support, this isn’t the place for it.

5 /5 Jasmine Serrano: The first time I went to Deanna my taxes were really messy, I was trying to do them myself and as a stipend contractor for years I owed the IRS a ton of money. She gave me some clarity on my situation and took care of my taxes with no problem. This is now my third year with her and it’s always a pleasure, plus shes so quick! The office is very clean and well kept, and staff is courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Grant’s, she’s great and I’ll be coming back every year
