1 /5 Omar Gaytan: Been Banking here 5+ years, this past year seems like things have gone down hill. Consumers is becoming like every other bank and losing their personal touch. My account has been hacked 2x in one year. First time I was told I would recipe a new card in 7-10 business days, about 2 weeks went by and I called about the card and the person I talked to did not send the new card, they sent me an expedited card for a $25 fee. Second time account got hacked, got a call from consumers telling me my account was hacked and my card blocked. I asked to speak to someone about an expedited card because it was a major inconvenience not having it last time. I was transferred to a guy who made me wait 30 min because his system crashed but he assured me I will receive my expedited card. I called after the 3-5 day mark and it turned out it was not sent out expedited. Im furious at this point but was told I can access my mobile card through my Google pay in 3 days. I call and set it up, card gets declined trying to get a few things for dinner & marked as fraud. I Call and Talk to someone who supposedly took care of it. I decided to get gas in the morning before work and my car declined again! I had no gas & no access to my money at 5am in a speedway. Thank God my sister was awake and sent me money on PayPal. Every single person I spoke to about my grievance really did not care. It was whatever to them. Currently looking else where
