5 /5 Lindsey Johnson: Went in and within 10 minutes a caseworker called me to the back. Shes assisted me with filling the application out correctly as i just moved from florida. I am also 25 weeks pregnant and needed Medicaid asap to go see my high risk doctor…..i walked out that same day with a medical card and just had to await for florida to close my case for me to be eligible for food stamps. She was very helpful, nice, and got me what i needed that day. From where i live its 40 minutes to Princeville or 40 minutes to Peoria….Princeville was a thousand times quicker, nicer, and actually successful compared to Peoria.

5 /5 Cassie Hewitt: Extremely helpful and friendly caseworkers. My case was handled the same day I went in, within 30 minutes I had everything I needed set up and ready to go.

1 /5 Steven Coble: So if you call them and finally get the phone number to let you leave a message they say they will call you back in 2 days. But if they do they wont even leave there name or a ex#. So you got to do it over and over and over. My experience as a male. My roommate did the same thing. Got a call back the next day. And there way nicer to females. I dont got a car and live in Putnam county. Grrr. 2 weeks of this now.

1 /5 Kayla Key: Awful staff especially Ledy. Your suppose to be able to go to the state aid to get help! Not PMS attitude form a low life who hates her job! I wouldnt recommend going to this ofice at all never had good quality service there !! The ofice is so unorganized , took the girl 15min to find a form for me to fill out! And were sopose to trust them with our documents Hilarious.. also the waiting room was so discussing i wish i braught a can of disinfectant!
