Ralph Dee Jo Excited to leave a review for State Farm with Stacy Jackson in Waterloo. I have been insured at this facility well over 10 years. Stacy and Lisa are truly incredible to work with. I had to have a windshield replaced recently, had to have vehicle towed to dealership for mechanical problems and also hit a deer with extensive vehicle damage 17 months ago. No matter why I reach out to Stacy and Lisa, they are on top of it immediately and I know my issues are resolved before I even finish the phone conversation. Car insurance needs are a game changer when you need the coverage. I have true peace of mind knowing they put me first as an insured client for all my vehicle and home needs. Rhonda Baker Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress. If I am insurance shopping in the future, I will not hesitate to call Matt, and you shouldnt either! Thank you, Matt!

Katie Elder If you are looking for insurance you can go just about anywhere...BUT If you want GREAT insurance, GREAT customer service and GREAT support when and if you have an accident....then you NEED to call Greg. We have been with Greg and County Financial for a few years and we are completely satisfied. We know that if we need to add a vehicle to our policy we make 1️⃣ phone call and its done and done correctly. We are very please with our premiums on Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies!! We support Greg because we know he supports us.
