Kimberly Guimon I completed a quote online late last evening for multiple policies needed. This morning (less than 12 hours), I received a call following up regarding my request. Jay was AMAZING! I have a few special circumstances Im dealing with regarding getting coverage and a major issue Im dealing with, with a different company. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy to sign up, create an account and get the policy started for when I needed it for. I have been with a direct competiter of Allstate for almost 20 years, so it will be interesting to compare how each company does business...I will say that thus far I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to working with Allstate!
