Steve Burnett I recently switched my insurance to Farmers Insurance-Bruce McCarthy. Changing insurance companies is not a pleasant task, but Bruce made the whole process so easy. He does all the hard work. Plus I am paying way less than I was before. Bruce is very personable and knowledgeable. You will think you have been friends for years. And his new office in Murphysboro is very nice. If you are looking for insurance, stop in and talk with Bruce and his team.

Janet Matteson The worst online banking compared to other banks that one doesn’t have to wait over a weekend to reset a password. They need to have more than 1 person there capable of resetting your account Total inconveniece

JEFFERY STOKES I have had nothing but problems since I went to this bank and took out a personal loan. The person who assisted me name is Bayley. My understanding was I pay 6 months interest, then I pay the principal. First they tell me I will be notified when my due date is, and will be notified what my payments are. They wait 1 and half month and bill me a late fee. I was told after 6 months I will be notified what my payments are for the principal. 6 months later, I get a letter saying my interest was incorrect and going from 3.99 to 10 percent. And I dont pay the principal but the 10 percent interest. Dillion calls and say well its in your contract and Bailey is very good and thorough. They say sorry but you can refinance. I swear to God I wish I said no to these people
