1 /5 tom welch: Dont bother going to this branch for help. I ended up sitting at the customer service desk and calling the main branch on my cellphone for information about my debit card after repeatedly being told "I cant get that information". Also be forewarned: the bank doesnt mail new debit cards until about a week before they expire. Hopefully it will arrive on time for me to respond to the many emails Ive received warning me that my card is about to expire.

1 /5 Morgann Burkett: Very unprofessional and rude. They allow their tellers to yell across the room at customers, whisper to other customers about the situation at hand, and cuss at customers. We canceled all of our accounts, and I would recommend not using them. We are very happy with our new bank; where we are respected and taken care of. My only regret other than using them to begin with, was not leaving sooner!

1 /5 Kerianna Roberts: Husband (works for the City) had a drive up tender, by the name of Bethany, refuse to cash a paycheck because "that is not something we do here." When we have had an account with them for over 16 yrs. And we could have gotten it cashed at Walmart. Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. Finally cashed it with them after a half hour of arguing and showing the paystub and more. "We dont cash paychecks here even if you have an account." Ridiculous. Kerianna (who answered the phone) was very kind and professional. Bethany was awful.
