Kari Weber Hard to choose just one issue. Rick is unprofessional and rude. Very slow to process paperwork, then gives last minute changes. He over charges for services. If you are a female and your business partner is male, just know he will do everything for the partner, but females are treated very poorly.

Eydie Carruthers Non professional. Our families experiences were personal. Dax, Emily and their staff do not respect the client. There are many outstanding financial services to provide for your needs. This is not one of them.

Jessica Barrus Jerry is the best financial advisor! He will meet with you at the office, or at home, and he takes as much time as you need for questions or concerns. Also has future planning for retirement! Amazing kind staff and very professional. We are very happy with our service and investment returns!

T Wright I was looking to open an account at this location. I asked a simple question as to the process of cashing a check/opening account. I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.
