Noble Harrison Over the years in my CPA practice I have worked with various bank trust departments and other institutions offering financial and management services. In offering my opinion I know first hand how good, and how poor, the services can be. I am very happy with how TI-Trust has handled my 2 trusts. Larry Shepherd (a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) is my Account Manager. He works with Joe Harris (an Accredited Farm Manager) in managing the rental farmland. Larry and Joe and their team have been most capable and responsive in looking out for my long-term best interest.

Stephanie Skromme I have dealt with 5 banks in the past month since my dad’s passing. Heartland bank has been the worst and hardest to deal with. Every time I go in there they have to “review” documents even though I have legal signed under oath paperwork from our attorney that is needed. I understand them wanting to protect themselves but there were excessive with their requests (even our attorney agrees this was not necessary of them). I will never bank with them or recommend anyone too. Much easier and friendly banks out there.

John Bittner Bill is a very knowledgeable man in his position and always available to answer questions about insurance and investment’s. If needed, he will research and always gets back to you in a very timely manner. He is one of the best individuals I have worked with.

Andrea Yochum Sitting down with Craig to discuss my financial plan following my divorce was a comfortable and educational experience. He was helpful in making decisions around smart investments for me and my children. I ask a lot of questions and he was incredibly helpful and patient. I highly recommend working with him.
