Dave Dammitt Edit to remove prior poor review regarding the inability to cash a mis-endorsed cashiers check.. Branch manager was responsive and polite, and gave me an option, which Ill decline to exercise. Still not a fan of the policy, but at least the cashiers check is no longer worthless.

(05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!
Hilary Churchill Absolutely horrible experience. If you want to try to make payment arrangements dont even bother calling. "Stan" was rude and arrogant and belittled and did not fail to insult me when I tried to come to an agreement for a payment plan that I could afford. Basically he said if I could not afford $500/month he would not work with me. Obviously, if I could afford that I wouldnt have a payment in collection. I was in tears before the end of the phone call. Im sorry that I even had to rank them with 1 star.
