Rob Tinsman Affordable venue and terrific service. We recently used the Rock River Center to have a celebration of life memorial. From the first time, inquiring about the use of the facility and available dates, pricing, and what our options were – the experience was customer service at its finest. Sue is the person who helped coordinate everything and she was accommodating, polite, resourceful, and flexible. During the actual event, she helped us with audio video, room setup, utensils, and so much more. She was available for absolutely anything we could have needed. There are other places to rent space for events but for what you get, there is no better value in Oregon. A special thank you to Jamie the executive Director. She helped us with some technical things over the phone while she was driving on her personal time on a Saturday evening. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? I recommend Rock River Center for hosting your event. And that is just one of the things that this organization does. It’s a valuable resource for Ogle County and more people should know about it. Mark Jones I have been a Country Financial customer for years and it is a great company. My new agent is Neal and after meeting with him today he is great. He looked at ways to save me money, but he also made sure I was going to have the coverage I need. He explained the details of each policy is an easy to understand way and how changing coverage and deductibles affect the cost and coverage. Especially how changing one part can increase my coverage with little affect to the cost of the policy. He is knowledgeable and honest agent.

Nathan Hill I have been going to this bank for so many years to check in my trust fund money every month and had no issues, YEARS! All of a sudden I have seen a couple new people and this woman (I dont remember her name) wont cash in my trust fund checks because "it has a later date" and they would get in "trouble" for it. I dont understand if that is the case why has no one else stopped me and I still see the same people working there years later to this day?!?! I have things to pay for asap towards the end of the month and I dont have time to wait if I have the checks. I tried explaining to her and still wont listen. I now have to avoid this place to go to a further one because of the "date" which makes me sad and upset because I really like some of the people there but now I dont feel comfortable going back there if I have a later date on my check compared to when I get it at home. This has been going on for a couple months and this is ridiculous. I dont mean to be a male Karen and I am usually chill but I need my money and clearly it isnt an issue because I have always done this for years. This is really weird for me from the new women. I am sorry but now I dont feel comfortable going to this branch and I really like the women I met who had worked there for years. They have been so kind, welcoming, gentle and heart warming and that is why this gets 3 stars. If they stopped working there I would change it to a 1 star. The man who I assume is the boss seems really good as well which is also why this gets a 3 star. Thank you all for those who have been there for so many years who know me. You all have been great and thank you for all of your hard work. ♥️
