Elise S My mom recently passed away and had life insurance through Modern Woodman Fraternal Financial. After dealing with life insurance from another company that is now run through Securian, I appreciate Modern Woodman so much. I reached a phone representative easily that gave me answer promptly and assisted me with my claim. It took 10-14 days for payment, and just received it. Of all the banks and insurance companies Ive dealt with in the last month and a half, this has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I really appreciate the fast (human) response. My mom set this up when living in MN and later moved to CA where I too am located. It didnt matter, dealing with them was easy and painless and appreciate the human interaction that was both kind and efficient.

George Turner Although I miss my childhood Bank of Edwardsville, I have had several good contacts with Ryan in customer service. I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America. It still has a "small bank" feel and it is easy to talk to a real person.
