Shannon Lowry LP gas department is a joke. After being a loyal customer for 12 yrs we were kicked off budget billing because we didnt use enough. In Feb of this year i had an overpaid account at $1100+. I decided since this company doesnt repay the loyalty to good customers, I decided to switch LP providers. When I called to get my reimbursement, I told the individual we would no longer need their service. Conviently, the individual I spoke with neglected to note the fact that I chose not to be theyre customer. Fast forward to Aug 2024, they showed up and filled our tank because apparently they had installed a "keep full monitor" that I was unaware of. I called the office and the lady I spoke with told me there were no notes on my account stating I no longer wanted them to fill our tank, and now, even though Im on budget billing with another company, now they are saying I owe them almost $600. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even when you tell them you dont want to be their customer any longer, they still find a way to take your money.

tonelo29 Location under new owner/management and you can tell a difference already! I was in the other day for license plate renewal and they’ve got new management and the staff was very nice when they greeted you. The store was very clean and When I asked if the same owner they said no and the owner was actually in store and I expressed our concerns before and he said he would be around more along with new manager to work with staff to make sure they give a better customer experience than what was done in past.. He said they’ll be doing updates/minor remodeling to store along with better lighting for everyone.. The owner apologized for anything myself or anyone experienced before, even though it wasn’t His fault but wants our business back and is committed to make it right again. So far he is delivering!! Thank you !!
