They always take great care of the customers and Ive bought several pieces from them as well. Ive always felt welcome, they go out of their way to help you find that perfect item, and have created unique gifts out of old jewelry (had a heart necklace made from an old ring, turned out perfect). Just make sure when you go you bring treats for DUKE!!!
