1 /5 Dia: They are terrible. I hate that they bought out my old broker company. These people don’t call to inform of increases on NEITHER POLICY, Renewals, issues, NOTHING but silently sit back & get compensated when we renew policies but haven’t did a step of work. You don’t have a direct agent. It’s a complete nightmare !!!!!! IF I HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK MYSELF WHAT DO WE NEED Y’ALL FOR??
