5 /5 Mikaela Bennett-Bateman: Damon Priddy State Farm does it again! If you want EXCEPTIONAL service, this is the agency you need to be insured with. Over the weekend, I was stuck in a stressful situation with very little options. My phone, keys, ID cards, purse, everything was locked in my car. I used my brothers phone to contact SF roadside. The agency office was closed for the weekend, and since I didnt have access to my policy number, the 800 number wasnt able to assist. I have Damons personal number, but it was saved in my phone, locked in my car!! I was stressing and running out of options. In a last ditch effort, before paying out of pocket for a locksmith and waiting until Monday to get reimbursed through my roadside claim, I emailed Damon on his work email, and also sent a text to the office(the only number I had memorized). I was hoping and praying on the small chance someone would see my message and call me on my brothers phone. Damon, being an agent who always puts his customers first, saw my email and reached out even though his office was closed and he was enjoying his weekend. He went as far as calling the locksmith personally and arranging to pay them with a State Farm check after the weekend. I got my car unlocked, didnt have to pay out of pocket, and didnt have to get reimbursed. Even the tow truck guy said "thats some great State Farm service!" You do NOT get that with the other big name companies. I was an original employee in Damons office, but that is not the reason he went out of his way to help me. This is a common occurrence in his office, always working to ensure they are adding the cherry on top to every interaction. I left his agency on good terms and have been a customer in his office ever since. Ive even worked at other insurance companies, and will never switch!! Ive gotten quotes with lower rates over the years, but I will never trade a few dollars savings for all the benefits that come with being a Damon Priddy State Farm customer. Not only is State Farm a great company, but Damon is one of the BEST agents they have. To this day, Damon is still my first recommendation to anyone looking for a new agency. He will go out of his way, doing whatever he is able to, to make sure you dont just get a "good" experience, but one that blows expectation out of the water.

All other insurance companies like Progressive wanted to charge me around $300 a month for insurance and Chad got me a policy under $200 a month. He explained everything in one phone call and i was covered in less than 10 min give them a call for cheap and easy insurance.
