1 /5 J: My personal experience with this company was not very good at all. In less than 1 year, they doubled the price of what my policy started out at. When I asked them more than once, they never gave me a definitive answer as to why they did. Also, my insurance agent was extremely rude, and had a very condescending attitude with me the couple of times I went into the office to pay my bill. I cancelled my insurance with them and they sent me a bill for $76, no reason for that either. This is another one of those companies that I would give zero stars if it was an option. There are much better insurance companies out there with much better prices. Consumers beware!

5 /5 Best In The Smokers World: My policy was not being renewed by an insurance company I had after ten years. After going through several other options only to be rejected, Crum-Halstead gave me an opportunity. Within a couple weeks, I had a new policy signed. I highly suggest choosing this company over others.

5 /5 Michelle Schroeder: Absolutely great staff, very thorough, well organized and communication is excellent. If I call, I typically receive a response within an hour or if they are busy by the end of the work day. We couldnt have chosen a better place to have insurance through, they are welcoming and treat you like family.
