Every time Ive had a question, concern, or a claim, they have been professional, courteous, responsive, and informative. Ive had personal interactions with Jason, Bill, and Christy. All of them have been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this agent/team to anyone.
Most recently, my vehicle was towed unexpectedly by my apartment complex for a flat tire in the late evening (although it wasnt flat 2 hours earlier when I parked it). I woke up to what I thought was a stolen car. I called the office and Im so grateful that Christy answered the phone. Although I have complete confidence that anyone who answered would have provided great service and assistance, Christy went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. A conversation that started with me in tears (after the police informed me that my car had been towed, not stolen) ended with a sense of relief that I had someone in my corner. She validated my frustration and took it upon herself to contact the towing company and apartment complex (because I had no opportunity to even discover, much less repair, the tire before they towed my car) and I was in no condition to navigate the multitude of issues. I CANT THANK HER ENOUGH for everything she did ❤️ Thank you, Jason for employing such a wonderful staff!
Result: I have roadside assistance coverage so I was able to get my car towed from Anderson Towing (NOT RECOMMEND- see my Google review on them for more info) to my mechanic by Haas Towing (HIGHLY recommended) and it was covered by my policy. There was a screw in my tire, which was patched and fixed for $35. I will be following up with Christy regarding damage caused by Anderson Towing.
