1 /5 Taran Schmitt: Horrible customer service and disrespectful employee. It’s already embarrassing enough to come in for a loan let alone to be talked down to. They said they’d give $200 without payment verification and then reneged. Then the owner tries to comment nasty things back expecting me and my family to not respond? Sorry. I’ll never recommend the Pekin store.

5 /5 Sasha Negley: Amazingly awesome place to get a loan. They work with you every step of the way and Laurie is the greatest!!!!! She is the most caring person there is and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE. Her personality is out of this world too. Amazing staff and its extremely quick and fast to get a loan, if you are truthful and honest with them. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place and the people they have working their!!!!!

1 /5 Meagan Black: Do NOT do business with these people!!! Lori is very rude and disrespectful and they won’t even approve you for more than $300 even if you make $1000 a week. Terrible customer service. Just go to central Illinois loans or world of finance. (I did get approved for $700 so this is not a bad review based off of getting denied)

5 /5 Nathan Graham: I asked to borrow $500 I got $500 within minutes. I wish you could get more then one loan at a time there. Because I could use a little boost.. very nice people

5 /5 Elaine Simpson: Ok I accidentally rated the wrong location. I’ve done business with the one in Creve Coeur, not Pekin.... so my apologies. But I’m sure they are all nice! I have no idea who helped me but the first time it was a guy and the second time it was a woman and they were both fantastic. Super nice, non-judgemental and made the process easy as pie. If you lie to them, withhold important information or file bankruptcy after taking out a loan (which is ILLEGAL and you’re lucky you didn’t go to JAIL for that) then YES, they’re probably going to be upset and I can’t blame them. By the way, lying on any legal document is also against the law so you definitely shouldn’t do that. Did you actually think they weren’t going to check and verify this information?? And how on earth did you plan on paying a PAYDAY loan back if you weren’t working??
