1 /5 Timothy Smith: We attempted to get a home equity loan with a deed in hand and were told our credit score didnt matter by Sarah skrivseth and to go ahead and apply wed get approved based on deed and income alone. Complete lie. The only thing that mattered was the score. Glad we didnt get to do business who knows what she would have lied about next.
