1 /5 Todd A. Meyers: Understaffed and super slow. No one steps up to help at the counter. Outside ATM is often broken. Thinking of changing banks. What says it all is that the bank responds below with an additional time wasting request for me to contact them to provide more information. Good customer service and service recovery would be for them to call or text me to learn more about the situation. Perhaps offer something in return for the information and inconvenience. Again, the canned response below from them says all you need to know about BMOs customer service. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would.

1 /5 Frank Lassin: Been on the phone for 30 mins to increase my limit between the Belvidere IL branch and the customer service ! Belvidere branch couldn’t raise the limit to what was needed . So they explained to call customer support . I call customer support and they say the limit is over there capabilities she will reach out to a supervisor after waiting 14 more mins the lady had hung up on me ! I call the branch back and explain and explain how frustrated I am and how I’m gonna cancel my account if this isn’t resolved. The branch hung up on me !!!! I have a customer sitting here with me! I’m trying to buy materials for a construction job with my Buisness card now holding a cash register line up for 45 mins . I will make sure I got out of my way to defer people from going to BMO Harris bank . I will be looking to move my account and filling a formal complaint.

1 /5 Alex Alejandro: Horrible people. Needed a new debit card because I canceled mine. I thought someone stole it. I dont have my i.d. I got my security question right on the 3rd try so they denied me my card and my money. First they said I could use my suspended license ticket as i.d and then when i went back in they said I could not. I also showed them my current debit card which they gave back to me and let me keep after they could not verify my identity? Done banking with BMO just because of the belvidere facility. By the way no manager on sight either to confirm or answer the employees questions as they do not know what they are doing. To not give me access to my money after showing them multiple cards and answering a security question regardless if it was 3rd try I got it right. Sorry I named 3 of my anniversaries. Told them my pin to card also. The red head lives to upset people forsure. Very angry person.

5 /5 Haleigh Palchik: Kendyl is the most patience and understanding teller there will ever be. She goes above and beyond every time I see her. I have been seeing her for 5 years and I cant wait to do more business with her.
